102 Acting Managing Director
(1)
The board of directors of a water corporation may appoint a person to act as managing director of the water corporation if—
(a)
the office of managing director is vacant; or
(b)
the managing director is absent or is unable, for any reason, to perform the duties of the office.
(2)
The acting managing director of a water corporation is not capable of being the chairperson, deputy chairperson or another director of the corporation.
