107 Validity of decisions
An act or decision of the board of directors of a water corporation is not invalid merely because of—
a vacancy in the membership of the board of directors; or
a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a member of the board of directors.
Anything done by or in relation to a person purporting to act as a member of the board of directors of a water corporation, whether as chairperson, deputy chairperson or another director, is not invalid merely because—
the occasion for the appointment had not arisen; or
there was a defect or irregularity in relation to the appointment; or
the appointment had ceased to have effect; or
the occasion for the person to act had not arisen or had ceased.
