12 Tabling in Parliament
(1)
The Minister must cause a copy of the West Gate Tunnel Agreement to be laid before each House of the Parliament.
(2)
The Minister must cause a copy of each amending agreement to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 6 sitting days of that House following the publication of the notice of making of the amending agreement.
