13 Amendment of West Gate Tunnel Agreement
The parties to the West Gate Tunnel Agreement may, from time to time, by agreement in writing and with the consent of the Minister, amend all or any of the provisions of the West Gate Tunnel Agreement that affect those persons.
The Minister must cause to be published in the Government Gazette a notice of the making of an agreement under subsection (1).
The notice must—
state that an agreement has been made; and
specify an address of a Government Internet site at which the agreement is published.
The Minister or a public entity designated by the Minister must cause an agreement that is the subject of a notice under subsection (2) to be published on the Government Internet site specified in the notice.
An amendment under subsection (1) comes into operation—
on the day the notice under subsection (2) is published in the Government Gazette; or
if a later day is specified in the agreement, on that later day.
In this section—
amend includes—
a variation; or
an addition; or
a substitution; or
a cancellation; or
a revocation—
but does not include a modification.
