15 Revocation
(1)
An amending agreement made after the commencement of this section may be revoked wholly or in part by a resolution of both Houses of the Parliament being passed within 6 sitting days of a copy of the amending agreement being laid before each House of the Parliament.
(2)
If an amending agreement is not laid before a House of the Parliament within the period required by section 12(2), the amending agreement is taken to be revoked on the day immediately following the end of that period.
(3)
The Minister must cause to be published in the Government Gazette a notice of the revocation of the amending agreement.
