Worker Screening Act 2020

against any of the following sections of the Crimes Act 1958—

section 49O(1) (failure by a person in authority to protect a child from a sexual offence);

section 53R(1) (producing intimate image);

section 53S(1) (distributing intimate image);

section 53T(1) (threat to distribute intimate image);

section 327 (failure to disclose sexual offence committed against child under the age of 16 years); or

under a law of a jurisdiction other than Victoria that, if it had been committed in Victoria, would have constituted an offence against a section of the Crimes Act 1958 specified in paragraph (a).
