Schedule 4, s 20

An offence—

In force

(a)

against any of the following sections of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—

(i)

section 493 (failing to protect a child from harm);

(ii)

section 494 (leaving child unattended); or

(b)

under a law of a jurisdiction other than Victoria that, if it had been committed in Victoria, would have constituted an offence against a section of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 specified in paragraph (a).
