Schedule 4, s 18

An offence—

In force

(a)

against section 7(1)(c) (wilful and obscene exposure) of the Vagrancy Act 1966, if the offence was committed before the commencement of the Vagrancy (Repeal) and Summary Offences (Amendment) Act 2005; or

(b)

under a law of a jurisdiction other than Victoria that, if it had been committed in Victoria before the commencement of the Vagrancy (Repeal) and Summary Offences (Amendment) Act 2005, would have constituted an offence against section 7(1)(c) of the Vagrancy Act 1966.
