136 Notifications to the NDIS Commission
S. 136(1) amended by No. 58/2025 s. 125(Sch. 2 item 1.179).
The Regulator must notify the NDIS Commission of the following matters—
a person makes an application for an NDIS check;
a person's application for an NDIS check is withdrawn or treated as withdrawn or reinstated;
a person is given an NDIS clearance;
a person is given an NDIS exclusion or an interim NDIS exclusion;
a person's NDIS clearance is suspended and, if applicable, later reinstated;
a person's NDIS clearance is revoked;
a person surrenders an NDIS clearance;
a person's NDIS exclusion is deemed to be void under section 37, or the decision to give the exclusion is otherwise quashed or set aside.

The Regulator may disclose to the NDIS Commission any other information about a person who holds an NDIS clearance or who has made an application for an NDIS check if that information is relevant to the performance of the Commission's functions or exercise of the Commission's powers.
