137 Disclosure of information about WWC exclusions by Regulator to ACC
S. 137(1) amended by No. 58/2025 s. 125(Sch. 2 item 1.181).
If the Regulator gives a person a WWC exclusion, the Regulator must—
notify the ACC; and
give the ACC information relating to that exclusion.

If the Regulator has notified the ACC under this Act about a WWC exclusion given to a person, the Regulator must also notify the ACC if—

the Regulator is ordered by a court or VCAT to give the person a WWC clearance; or
the person's WWC exclusion is deemed to be void under section 77; or
the person's WWC exclusion is set aside, rendered inoperative or otherwise invalidated.
