S. 291(2): The amendment proposed by section 26 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Arbitration) Act 2021, No. 15/2021 is not included in this publication as the words "ACCS may, at his or her discretion," do not appear in section 291(2) due to the earlier amendment by the Workplace Safety Legislation and Other Matters Amendment Act 2022, No. 10/2022 s. 81.

Section 26 reads as follows:

26 Power to request or release documents etc.

In section 291(2) of the Principal Act, for "ACCS may, at his or her discretion," substitute "ACCS has the discretion to". ↑
