133 Sandalwood tracking forms
(1)
A sandalwood tracking form is a form approved by the CEO for the purposes of this regulation.
(2)
A sandalwood tracking form may be produced —
(a)
in hard copy form by writing in indelible pencil or indelible ink; or
(b)
if approved by the CEO for the purposes of this regulation — in electronic form using any procedure approved by the CEO.
(3)
A procedure approved under subregulation (2)(b) may be for sandalwood tracking forms created or used by a person or a class of person specified by the CEO.
