160 Entry warrants

For the purposes of section 210(3) of the Act, the following information is prescribed —

(a)

the applicant’s full name and official details;

(b)

the place or vehicle in relation to which the warrant is being sought;

(c)

the purpose for which the entry to the place or vehicle is required;

(d)

the grounds on which the applicant considers that entry to the place or vehicle is necessary;

(e)

a statement to the best of the applicant’s knowledge about whether an application for an entry warrant for the same place or vehicle has been made within the previous 72 hours and, if so, whether or not a warrant was issued.
