164 Information sharing
For the purposes of the definition of information sharing agency in section 274 of the Act, the following public authorities and agencies are prescribed —
the Australian Federal Police or the police force of another State or a Territory;
Australia Post;
the agency principally assisting in the administration of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Commonwealth);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (New South Wales);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act (Northern Territory);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of any of the following —
the Biodiscovery Act 2004 (Queensland);
the Nature Conservation Act 1992 (Queensland);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of any of the following —
the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 (South Australia);
the Native Vegetation Act 1991 (South Australia);
the Wilderness Protection Act 1992 (South Australia);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of any of the following —
the Nature Conservation Act 2002 (Tasmania);
the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 (Tasmania);
the Whales Protection Act 1988 (Tasmania);
the agency principally assisting in the administration of the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988 (Victoria).
