For the purposes of section 265(b) of the Act, the postal address of the CEO is Locked Bag 104, Bentley Delivery Centre, Western Australia, 6983.

For the purposes of section 265(d) of the Act —

a document required or authorised to be given under the Act to the CEO may be given under that paragraph; and

the prescribed email address is the email address specified on the Department’s website as being available for use; and

a document given under that paragraph must be in legible form when reproduced.
