188 Regulations — general power
(1)
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act, or that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), regulations may provide for, authorise, prescribe, require, prohibit, restrict or otherwise regulate all or any of the matters set out in Schedule 1.
(3)
Regulations made under subsection (1) may authorise any matter or thing to be from time to time determined, approved, applied or regulated by the Minister or the Director General.
