63 Terms used

In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears —

dwelling means —

(a)

a building, structure or tent, or part of a building, structure or tent, that is ordinarily used for human habitation; or

(b)

a mobile home,

and it does not matter that it is uninhabited from time to time;

entry warrant means a warrant issued under Division 3;

inspection purposes means the purposes set out in section 64;

mobile home means a conveyance, other than a vessel —

(a)

that is ordinarily used for human habitation; and

(b)

that is permanently or semi‑permanently stationary in a single location;

structure does not include a conveyance.
