74 SAT review: seizure
Subject to the regulations referred to in subsection (4), a person aggrieved by the seizure of any thing under section 73 may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision to seize the thing.
In dealing with an application under subsection (1) the State Administrative Tribunal may determine whether the thing seized must be destroyed, disposed of, forfeited to the Crown, restored to the person from whom it was seized or otherwise dealt with.
Subsection (2) does not limit the powers that the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 gives the State Administrative Tribunal.
The regulations may prescribe circumstances relating to a matter of emergency or urgent need in which subsection (1) does not apply.
