83 SAT review: direction to remove from State
(1)
Subject to the regulations referred to in subsection (3) a person aggrieved by a direction under section 82 may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the direction.
(2)
An organism or prescribed potential carrier the subject of a direction referred to in subsection (1) may be detained by the Director General until the direction is reviewed.
(3)
The regulations may prescribe circumstances relating to a matter of emergency or urgent need in which subsection (1) does not apply.
