75 SAT review: forfeiture
(1)
Subject to the regulations referred to in subsection (2), a person aggrieved by a declaration under section 73(2)(d)(iii) may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the declaration.
(2)
The regulations may prescribe circumstances relating to a matter of emergency or urgent need in which subsection (1) does not apply.
