28 To whom permit document issued
A building permit document must be given to —
the person who is named as the builder on the building permit; and
each owner of the land on which the building or incidental structure is, or is proposed to be, located; and
the applicant, if the applicant is not a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b); and
each other prescribed person.
If a building permit is granted on an uncertified application, a copy of the certificate of design compliance must also be given to the applicant.
A demolition permit document must be given to —
the person who is named as the demolition contractor on the demolition permit; and
each owner of the land on which the building or incidental structure is located; and
the applicant, if the applicant is not a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b); and
each other prescribed person.
