30 Display of building or demolition permit details
(1)
The person named as the builder on a building permit must ensure that information about, or contained in, the building permit is displayed in accordance with the regulations.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
(2)
The person named as the demolition contractor on a demolition permit must ensure that information about, or contained in, the demolition permit is displayed in accordance with the regulations.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
