Terms used

In force

(1)

In these regulations —

building licence means a building licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 section 374¹;

permit means —

(a)

a building permit; or

(b)

a demolition permit; or

(c)

an occupancy permit.

(2)

Each of the following terms has the meaning given to it in the Building Act 2011 section 3 —

building approval certificate

building permit

building work

demolition permit

demolition work

occupancy permit
