46 Building Commissioner may exercise powers
The Building Commissioner may, on or after commencement day —
(a)
exercise any of the powers of the former board for the purposes of an investigation authorised to be made by the former board under the repealed Act; and
(b)
exercise any of the powers of the former registrar for the purposes of taking proceedings under the repealed Act.
