24F Times when hot work not permitted
(1)
Except as provided in subregulation (2), the hot work must not be carried out at a time when the fire danger forecast for the work site is “catastrophic”.
(2)
The hot work may be carried out at a time when the fire danger forecast for the work site is “catastrophic” if the hot work is carried out as part of urgent works in relation to the provision or restoration of an essential service.
