24Y Certain road work excepted from s. 22B(2) of Act
(1)
For the purposes of section 22B(4) of the Act, road work carried out in the circumstances set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.
(2)
The circumstances are that the road work is carried out —
(a)
in the course of trade or commerce or by, or on behalf of, a public authority; and
(b)
in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations 24ZA and 24ZB.
