Complaints relating to charitable trusts or classes of charitable trusts

In force

(1)

A person (the complainant) may make a complaint (the complaint) to the Attorney General or Western Australian Charitable Trusts Commission about a charitable trust or a class of charitable trusts.

(2)

The complaint must be made in a manner approved by the Attorney General or Western Australian Charitable Trusts Commission (as the case requires).

(3)

This section extends to —

(a)

trusts created before the commencement of this section; and

(b)

acts done and omissions made before the commencement of this section in relation to those trusts.
