114 Sheriff entitled to access to some official records

To the extent that it is necessary for the performance of the sheriff’s functions under this Act, the sheriff is entitled to have access to and to make use of the records kept under —

(a)

a road law as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4 in relation to driver’s licences and vehicle licences issued under a road law; or

(b)

the Western Australian Marine Act 1982 in relation to vessel licences issued under that Act.
