115 Sheriff exempt from some licensing requirements
(1)
The sheriff and any delegate of the sheriff may sell property seized under an order made under this Act without holding any licence to do so that is required under a written law.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent the sheriff from engaging a person with an appropriate licence under a written law to sell property seized under an order made under this Act.
