60 Property (seizure and sale) order, content and service of

(1)

A property (seizure and sale) order must —

(a)

be addressed to the sheriff; and

(b)

state the name and address of the judgment debtor and the judgment creditor; and

(c)

state the judgment debt as at the date of the order; and

(d)

contain any other information that is prescribed by the regulations.

(2)

The judgment creditor must serve the property (seizure and sale) order on the sheriff in accordance with the regulations unless the court has given the order to the sheriff.
