73 Priority of orders, establishing
If it is not possible under this Part to determine the priority between 2 or more property (seizure and sale) orders, the priority is to be determined —
(a)
by the times when the orders were made by the court; and
(b)
if the priority cannot be determined under paragraph (a), by the times when the judgments to which the orders respectively relate were given; and
(c)
if the priority cannot be determined under paragraph (a) or (b), by a ballot conducted by the sheriff in accordance with the regulations.
