70 Transfers of property sold, sheriff may sign

(1)

If any property is sold under a property (seizure and sale) order, the sheriff may sign any document that is needed to transfer the property to its purchaser.

(2)

A document signed under subsection (1) has effect as if it were signed by the judgment debtor named in the property (seizure and sale) order.
