376 When participating co-operative not authorised to carry on business
A participating co‑operative ceases to be authorised to carry on business in this State if —
(a)
it is deregistered or otherwise ceases to exist as a co‑operative under the laws of the place in which it is registered, incorporated or formed; or
(b)
its authority to carry on business in this State is withdrawn under section 377.
