379 Application of Act and regulations to participating co‑operatives
(1)
A participating co‑operative that is authorised under this Part to carry on business in this State must comply with the provisions of this Act that are prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
The provisions prescribed for the purposes of subsection (1) —
(a)
apply with all necessary modifications and any modifications prescribed by the regulations; and
(b)
are in addition to the provisions of this Part and any other provisions of this Act that are expressed to apply to participating co‑operatives.
