25 Application of Commonwealth laws to offences against Competition Code of this jurisdiction
The laws of the Commonwealth apply as laws of this jurisdiction in relation to an offence against the Competition Code of this jurisdiction as if that Code were a law of the Commonwealth and not a law of this jurisdiction.
For the purposes of a law of this jurisdiction, an offence against the Competition Code of this jurisdiction —
is to be regarded as an offence against the laws of the Commonwealth, in the same way as if that Code were a law of the Commonwealth; and
is not to be regarded as an offence against the laws of this jurisdiction.
Subsection (2) has effect for the purposes of a law of this jurisdiction except as prescribed by regulations under this Act.
