55 Jurisdiction of State courts
(1)
Proceedings for an offence against the Competition Code of Western Australia are to be dealt with by a court of summary jurisdiction.
(2)
Jurisdiction is conferred on the Supreme Court with respect to any other proceedings arising under the Competition Code of Western Australia.
