56 References in Competition Code taken to be references to State courts
A reference in the Competition Code of Western Australia to the Court is taken to be —
(a)
in relation to proceedings for an offence against that Code, a reference to a court of summary jurisdiction; and
(b)
in any other case, a reference to the Supreme Court.
