70 Power generating devices
(1)
An authorised officer may direct a person —
(a)
not to use a power generating device other than in an area directed by the authorised officer; or
(b)
to stop using a power generating device in a camping area; or
(c)
to use a power generating device in accordance with the directions of the authorised officer.
(2)
A person must comply with a direction of an authorised officer under this regulation.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
