73 Conduct generally

(1)

A person must not, on CALM land —

(a)

create or commit any nuisance; or

(b)

behave in a disorderly or offensive manner; or

(c)

use abusive, offensive or insulting language; or

(d)

otherwise act in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to other persons on the land.

Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

(2)

A person must, on CALM land, comply with any direction on a sign on that land regarding any activity or behaviour that is prohibited on CALM land.

Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
