76 Removal of CALM property
(1)
A person must not, without lawful authority, remove any or any part of, a building, fence, facility, sign, notice, device, machinery or other object on CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
If an authorised officer finds a person on CALM land in possession of an object removed in contravention of subregulation (1), the authorised officer may direct the person to leave the object at a place on the CALM land specified by the officer.
(3)
A person must comply with a direction of an authorised officer under subregulation (2).
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
