72 Authorised officer may direct person to stop activity

(1)

An authorised officer may direct a person on CALM land to cease any behaviour which is —

(a)

contrary to the lawful use of the land; or

(b)

causing a disturbance or annoyance to other persons or, in the opinion of the authorised officer, disorderly or offensive; or

(c)

in the opinion of the authorised officer, dangerous.

(2)

A person must comply with a direction of an authorised officer under this regulation.

Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
