20 Ownership of goods
The provisions in Schedule 1 Division 7 are implied in a construction contract that does not have a written provision about when the ownership of goods that are —
(a)
related to construction work; and
(b)
supplied to the site of the construction work by the contractor under its obligations,
passes from the contractor.
