36 Determination, content of
An appointed adjudicator’s decision made under section 31(2)(b) must —
be in writing; and
be prepared in accordance with, and contain the information prescribed by, the regulations; and
state —
the amount to be paid and the date on or before which it is to be paid; or
the security to be returned and the date on or before which it is to be returned,
as the case requires; and
give reasons for the determination; and
identify any information in it that, because of its confidential nature, is not suitable for publication by the Building Commissioner under section 50; and
be given to the parties to the adjudication; and
be given to the Building Commissioner.
