Other provisions of EP Act apply

In force

Sections 115, 116A, 117, 118, 118A, 120 and 121 of the EP Act apply to and in relation to this Act as if —

(a)

a reference in those sections to “this Act” were a reference to this Act; and

(b)

a reference in section 118A to “Tier 1 offences and Tier 2 offences” were a reference to an offence under a provision of this Act listed in the Table.
