99 Review of Act
The Minister is to carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as is practicable after the expiry of 5 years from its commencement.
In the course of that review the Minister is to consider and have regard to —
the effectiveness of the scheme established by this Act in identifying, recording, managing and remediating contaminated sites; and
any other matter that appears to the Minister to be relevant to the operation and effectiveness of this Act.
The Minister is to prepare a report based on the review and, as soon as is practicable after the report is prepared, is to cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament.
