Education and Care Services National Law (WA)

This is a compilation of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) ¹. The Education and Care Services National Law (as set out in the Schedule to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 (Victoria)) is applied and modified as a law of Western Australia by or under the Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026 (the WA Application Act). This is a version of Education and Care Services National Law as it applies in Western Australia (as modified) as at the date specified below.

This version also includes amendments to the Education and Care Services National Law made by Victoria Acts that have effect and have commenced in Western Australia under sections 7 and 8 of the WA Application Act. See the compilation table.
