102B Visiting electors to take vote
An elector, or a person acting on behalf of an elector, may contact an issuing officer to request that an issuing officer visit the elector for the purpose of taking the elector’s vote under this section.
A request under subsection (1) may be made only in the period of 7 days ending at 6 pm on the day immediately before polling day.
If a request is made in accordance with subsections (1) and (2), an issuing officer may visit the elector for the purpose of taking the elector’s vote.
During a visit under subsection (3), the elector must —
apply to the issuing officer to vote under this Subdivision; and
state that they are an elector; and
state the district for which they are enrolled.
