102F Offence to sign declaration as another person

(1)

A person commits an offence if the person signs or makes a mark on a declaration under this Subdivision as another person.

Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $1 000.

(2)

A person commits the offence against subsection (1) whether or not they have the authority of the other person.
