Dealing with envelope received under s. 102D

In force

(1)

If an issuing officer receives an envelope under section 102D(1), the issuing officer must give the envelope to the Electoral Commissioner.

(2)

If an envelope is given to the Electoral Commissioner under subsection (1) —

(a)

the ballot paper in it is taken to be a postal ballot paper; and

(b)

the envelope is taken to be an envelope containing a postal ballot paper.
