175T Terms used
(1)
In this Division —
disclosure document means —
(a)
a notice under section 175LN(1) or (2); or
(b)
a document under section 175LQ(1); or
(c)
a return under Division 3 or 4; or
(d)
a notice under section 175MA.
(2)
Except in section 175X, a reference in this Division to a disclosure document or to a return under this Part includes a reference to particulars required under section 175X(3).
